e.r.i.c. specialises in providing a range of courses and services to the care sector, education, youth justice and other organisations dealing with challenging behaviour. Challenging behaviour from young people or service users is often the result of a breakdown in communication.
Effective communication, consistent approaches coupled with holistic management strategies are key, for the promotion and development of positive behaviour in those we care for.

Support for parents - the latest!
Over
the last year e.r.i.c. have run a number of courses aimed at supporting
parents with children with challenging behaviour. Cost unfortunately has
always been the main stumbling block, however, more Local Authorities
are finding ways to fund training. Parents interested in finding out about
availability of training will now be able to register their interest on
this site.
