
Target Audience:
Aimed at high risk Service Settings working with both adults and children displaying challenging and dangerous behaviour. (Special Schools, PRU's Children's Homes, Hospitals, Secure Units, Children/Adult Respite Care, Elderly Care etc)
Note: only available to services / staff who have successfully completed a 12 Hour Basic Team-Teach Course.
Course Description:
Team-Teach Advanced modules are between 3 - 6 hour session depending on the skills required. Please choose from the following.
Advanced Modules:
Transport - A risk reduction module aimed at transport companies, schools and services.
Ground Fights and Ground Assaults - Extension module to fights and personal safety (optional with 12 Hour Course), dealing with issues on the ground.
Ground Holds and Support - Supporting service users and young people with extreme violent behaviour, this module can include single person escorts.
Note: All course members must hold a valid First Aid certificate to access further support from Team-Teach.

- Blunt Impact ObjectsNote: All course members must have successfully completed a Team-Teach 12 Hours Basic Course before applying for the above modules.
Participant will receive support material and a Certificate.
Certification for this course is valid for 12 months.
