Consultancy Packages
A variety of packages are available dependent on the requirements of
the team/ services. These are just a few of the packages we offer…
One Day Consultancy (INSET) – This can be used as an initial assessment or for workshops in relevant areas for staff teams in areas of identified needs, at the end of the consultancy a report will be compiled and further recommendations will be made
Two Days Consultancy – This will involve an initial assessment and some direct work with staff members.
Three Days Consultancy – This will involve an initial assessment, observations of staff members followed by workshops/ direct work.
Five Days Consultancy – Will include the initial assessment followed by observations of working practices, direct work with staff members, workshops and discussion groups.
The consultancy packages are to be used as guidance as each service
area and team are individual and require their own unique package of support.
This will be discussed after your initial request for a consultancy service.
You can also specify preferred dates at the time of request, some services/
teams benefit from breaking the days over a period of time in order to
monitor and review changes.
It does not stop after five days…
e.r.i.c can offer an unlimited amount of support to your team so after the initial consultation, if required. e.r.i.c can provide an on-going consultancy service.
