Over the last year e.r.i.c. have facilitated a number of courses aimed at supporting parents and carers with children/adults with challenging behaviour. Cost unfortunately has always been the main stumbling block, however, more Local Authorities are finding ways to fund training. Parents interested in finding out about availability of training will now be able to register their interest below.

Parents, carers, volunteers and befrienders.

Team-Teach 6 Hour Foundation (Accredited by BILD)
Team-Teach 12 Hour Basic (Accredited by BILD)
Risk Assessment and Analysis (Where are my Hot Spot?)
Effective Communication with children and teenagers
Incident Debriefing (putting things right)
