working with challenging behaviour. These support structures are more
effective following training, and can be seen as a extension or development
of the tools and skills delivered.
Incident Debriefing / Post Analysis and Re-integration
We can arrange debriefing for key individuals following serious
incidents or allegations. This support offers the individuals the opportunity
to' learn from' the incident and provide them with strategies for the
future. We can also support employees returning to work following a long
period of absence.
